VITAL SIGNS ASSESSMENT: Blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate.
INR CONTROL: Oral Anticoagulation (Sintrom), blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, lactate.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE: Quiromassage, created by Dr. L. Ferrándiz, has relaxing, recovery, and decontracting effects on the muscles. It activates venous circulation and has a positive effect on arterial circulation, promotes lymphatic circulation, improves metabolism, and positively influences the nervous system. It increases cellular oxygenation and provides a general sense of well-being.
ACUTAPING: Acutaping or kinesiotaping is a personalized technique. It involves applying elastic tapes to the affected area in such a way that allows movement, providing stability to both muscles and joints. It helps improve the contraction of weakened muscles, normalizing their tone (whether due to injury or underuse), enhancing their range of motion, or working on relaxation, depending on each case. Among other functions, acutaping helps reduce inflammation and improves both blood and lymphatic circulation, eliminating waste substances from the body. It also helps alleviate pain by reducing pressure on nociceptors (nerve endings responsible for detecting pain).
